The Buffalo Bills get a "steal" in Round 1 of Athlon Sports' latest 2026 NFL draft mock.
NFL draft analyst Luke Easterling sees a bit of a slide for Oregon safety Dillon Thieneman. That's profitable for the Bills as the team selects him with their pick at No. 26 overall.

The Bills and Thieneman have been connected, having met at the 2026 combine.
Thieneman was a junior transfer at Oregon last season. He recorded 96 tackles, including 3.5 for loss, a sack, two interceptions and five passes defended in 2025. Most noticeable on his stat sheet comes from his freshman year at Purdue in 2023 when Thieneman had six interceptions and two forced fumbles in 12 games played.
