That was no different this past year as Jon Scheyer’s squad went 35-3, spent a part of the season at No. 1 and were the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament after sweeping the ACC regular season and tournament titles. According to Nielsen, Duke’s games were watched by 2,965,000 viewers this season, trailing the Wolverines 3,353,000 viewers for the year. And three of the top five teams that were watched this season made the Final Four, with Illinois and UConn joining Michigan.
