But we have plenty of offseason to go so CBS Sports took a way-too-early stab at projecting the 2027 draft and what might happen in a year from now.

There is plenty to play out on the field, but the Buffalo Bills decide to choose a defender in the mock. Buffalo holds the No. 30 selection in Round 1 and Alabama cornerback Zabien Brbbibibiown is the mocked pick.

Brown is entering his junior season after putting up five total interceptions in his first two years in school. In 2025, he had 39 tackles, including 2.5 for loss and two interceptions that Brown took to the house.

CBS Sports' breakdown on Brown to the Bills can be found below:

A physically imposing cornerback who consistently puts himself in a position to make plays at the catch point, Brown's ability to mirror receivers in man or react in off-coverage makes him a highly reliable presence in the secondary.
