R100 MILLION CLIFTON VILLA ON THE MARKET
On his Instagram account, Janez Vermeiren shared a glimpse inside a R220 million villa located in Clifton, Cape Town.
The former Top Billing presenter, who is now a luxury property agent, revealed that the home was located next door to Black Coffee’s Pentagon villa in Nettleton Road.
The home is spread over seven storeys and boasts six bedrooms, a large gym and home spa, a cinema, and a wine cellar. A large entertainment area, complete with an infinity pool and tanning deck, is its main attraction.
Janez, who works for Double D Property, shared: “Every floor is angled slightly differently, all chasing the light, the ocean and calmness.
He added: “Quiet mornings, long, lazy afternoons, sunsets that slow everything down…that’s simply the Nettleton way”.
