The Grizzlies hold the No. 3 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft after moving up in the May 10 lottery. Darryn Peterson, AJ Dybantsa, Cameron Boozer and Caleb Wilson are among the players who could be in play with Memphis’ top selection.

Here’s how each player measured at the combine, which runs through May 17.

All height measurements were taken without shoes on

Caleb Wilson

Height: 6 feet, 9.25 inches

Weight: 210.8 pounds

Wingspan: 7 feet, 0.25 inches

Standing reach: 9 feet

Wilson’s measurables are impressive considering the level of athlete he’s projected to be. The next step will be how he shoots the ball at the combine. His size and skill set suggest he’ll spend most of his time at power forward early on until he adds more strength and can handle minutes at center.

Cameron Boozer

Height: 6 feet, 8.25 inches

Weight: 252.8 pounds

Wingspan: 7 feet, 1.5 inches

Standing reach: 9 feet

Boozer projects as one of the more physical power forwards in the draft, and these measurements reinforce that. He makes up for being slightly undersized for the position with a wingspan that stretches past 7 feet.

Darryn Peterson

Height: 6 feet, 4.5 inches

Weight: 198.8 pounds

Wingspan: 6 feet, 9.75 inches

Standing reach: 8 feet, 7 inches

Peterson’s numbers are strong for a prospect projected as a combo guard. There are few concerns about his physical tools. Medical evaluations will be an important part of the process after he missed 11 of 35 games at Kansas.

AJ Dybantsa

Height: 6 feet, 8.5 inches

Weight: 217 pounds

Wingspan: 7 feet, 0.25 inches

Standing reach: 8 feet, 10 inches

Dybantsa’s measurements only strengthened the case for him as a clear top-two pick. His blend of height, frame and wingspan should translate immediately to the NBA level.
