It feels like forever ago that the Chicago Sky started 2-0.
Ever since, the Sky has fallen, and Chicago's WNBA team again finds itself in the abyss amid a horror stretch of 12 losses in 14 games.

The Sky's season hit a new low on Monday, when the 3-15 Sun coasted to a 92-63 win in Connecticut. Head coach Tyler Marsh seemed out of answers when asked what happened to his team in the 29-point loss, the Sky's sixth defeat by double-digits already.
"There's nothing that we learned from this game from a box-score standpoint," Marsh told the media on Monday night.

Marsh instead pointed to a lack of movement on and off the ball and credited Connecticut's game plan.
The Sky shot a woeful 17-of-73 from the field against the Sun, who sport one of the WNBA's five worst defenses by efficiency.
Chicago made only four of its 30 3-point attempts to boot, underscoring how much the Sky has struggled from behind the long line this season. The Sky ranks 14th out of 15 teams in 3-point percentage.
The absence of Angel Reese -- now having the time of her life with the Atlanta Dream -- can be felt in how Chicago is now among the league's worst rebounding teams.
The Sky ranked first and second in the WNBA in rebounds per game in 2024 and 2025 respectively. Without Reese, Chicago ranks a modest 10th in the metric.
It's all adding up to another down year in Chicago, and no one seems to have any answers as the Sky heads toward a third successive season with at least 25 losses.
