The situation between Real Madrid and Vinicius regarding his future is becoming increasingly tense. And that could ultimately benefit PSG, per reports.

Performing well at this World Cup, Vinicius has taken charge of Brazil in the absence of Neymar, Rodrygo and Raphinha, all sidelined with injuries of varying severity.
The Real Madrid winger is showing that he can also be decisive, even though he struggled to maintain that efficiency with Los Blancos this season. Precisely, his situation at the Santiago Bernabeu is beginning to weigh heavily.
Announced for months, his contract extension has still not been finalized, and there has been absolutely no progress in that direction. Florentino Perez recently stated that he hopes his winger will remain in Madrid for a very long time.
The fear of seeing him leave on a free transfer in 2027 is becoming increasingly real, even though Vinicius himself has repeatedly declared his love for Real Madrid and his desire to stay at the Bernabeu. However, he wants the same salary as Kylian Mbappe, which Florentino Perez refuses to offer.
Nevertheless, there is often a significant gap between fine words and reality, and Sport has seized upon the situation. The Spanish outlet reports that several European giants are positioning themselves to sign Vinicius, either in the event of a breakdown with Real Madrid this summer or on a free transfer in 2027. According to the Iberian media, the list includes Manchester City, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and PSG.
The inclusion of the Parisian club may come as a surprise. Certainly, Nasser Al-Khelaifi has always made it clear that he is a great admirer of Vinicius Junior. But PSG has moved on, carefully avoiding superstars with oversized egos.
Unless the Brazilian becomes an option should the door open this summer and Leipzig, for its part, becomes too demanding regarding Yan Diomande, who reportedly will not leave for less than €120 million. With his contract expiring in one year, Vinicius would have a strong chance of moving for a lower fee this summer if a transfer were to materialize.
As things stand, the only realistic scenario in which Vinicius could join Paris Saint-Germain would be if another high-profile star were to leave the French capital. It is difficult to imagine the Brazilian sharing a dressing room with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola and, according to the latest reports, Yan Diomande.
That is not because of any potential ego issues, as Luis Enrique has shown he can successfully manage a squad full of elite talent in Paris. Rather, it comes down to playing time.
It would be impossible for all of those players to feature regularly. Regardless of how effectively Luis Enrique rotates his squad, it would be extremely difficult to keep everyone satisfied. We will have to wait and see how the situation develops.
