But their last NFC North championship came in 2021, and their last trip to the NFC Championship Game came in 2020. Last season, they finished 9-7-1 before being eliminated during the Wild Card Round of the playoffs after blowing a 21-3 lead to divisional rival Chicago.
Last season's success came despite injury struggles, with Tucker Kraft, Micah Parsons, and Jordan Love among prominent starters who dealt with missing time due to injury. As they look to get back to divisional dominance and play for an NFC Championship, what's the ceiling (and floor) for the Packers in 2026?
Ceiling: 13-4
Head coach Matt LaFleur won 13 games in each of his three seasons with the Packers, and this team's top talent should all be back and healthy for the 2026 season. It's hard to see them being a true Super Bowl contender, but if things play out as a 'best-case scenario,' this team could hit the 13-win mark once again under LaFleur.
Floor: 9-8
LaFleur has won fewer than 9 games only once during his tenure with the Packers, and that season the franchise finished 8-9. Last year saw multiple significant injuries plague the team, and they still managed nine wins and a tie. Don't expect the floor to move any lower than that this season, given the coaching and the talent level on the roster.
