A handful of lottery tickets sold around the province are on the brink of expiring.
OLG players, check your pockets, purses, wallets and junk drawers because you could have a windfall waiting, following the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission’s recent announcements.
Players have one year from the draw date to claim their prize.
Stratford
A Lotto 6/49 ticket worth $100,000 sold in Stratford expires soon — in a week, to be exact.
The ticket purchased on Aug. 6, 2025 boasts the winning Encore numbers 2 – 7 – 9 – 9 – 4 – 9 – 4.
Players must match the last six of the seven Encore numbers in exact order to win the hefty prize.
Ottawa
Another $100,000 Encore prize is up for grabs from a Lotto Max ticket purchased on Aug. 8, 2025.
The winning selection is 1 – 6 – 0 – 3 – 7 – 2 – 2.
Algoma District
Heads up, Wintario50 players in northeastern Ontario, you have two weeks to check your tickets to see if you are $50,000 richer.
The winning ticket is from the Aug. 14, 2025, draw and boasts the winning numbers 0 – 8 – 7 – 9 – 4 – 0 – 5 – 1.
Brampton
There’s another Wintario50 winner from what appears to be the lucky Aug. 14, 2025 draw, this time in the GTA.
Purchased in Brampton, the ticket’s winning selection is 8 – 2 – 1 – 8 – 3 – 6 – 6 – 9.
In the case of both Wintario50 winners, players must match all eight numbers in exact order to win the $50,000 prize.
Check your tickets on the OLG app, visit a lottery retail location where you can use the self-serve ticket checker or simply hand it to the person behind the counter, or call 1-866-891-8946 to see if you’re a winner.
OLG advises players to sign their tickets right after they’re purchased and keep them in a safe, memorable spot until draw time.
