Report: Giants agree to trade OL Daniel Faalele to Jaguars
· Yahoo Sports
The Jaguars have reportedly agreed to a trade to help bolster their offensive line in the wake of guard Patrick Mekari's back surgery.
Evan Barnes of Newsday reports that the Giants have agreed to trade Daniel Faalele to Jacksonville in exchange for a late-round pick in the 2027 draft.

Faalele started every game at guard for the Ravens the last two seasons and he followed John Harbaugh to the Giants as a free agent this offseason. First-round pick Francis Mauigoa and Jon Runyan are set to start at guard for the NFC East club, however, and that's made Faalele expendable.
It's unclear how long Mekari will be out, but starting the regular season on injured reserve would force him to miss at least the first four games of the year.
