The All Blacks have been forced into making a late change to their matchday 23-man squad for the first Test against the Springboks at Ellis Park in Johannesburg on Saturday, 22 August.

Anton Segner, who was named among the substitutes, has been pulled from the bench after he presented with swollen ankle which has been assessed as acute inflammatory arthritis.

He has been replaced by Simon Parker.

Segner’s return to play is yet to be determined.

Kick-off is at 17:10.
