Indian Bank Hosts Successful Asset Fair Showcasing 51 Properties Across Key Maharashtra Regions

Indian Bank’s Mumbai West Zone organised a two-day Asset Fair at The Banjara Grand Banquets in Virar West on August 24 and 25, showcasing 51 properties across Maharashtra to prospective buyers and investors. The fair was organised under the leadership and guidance of Rajesh Mundra, Zonal Manager/Deputy General Manager, and inaugurated by Deputy Zonal Manager Praveen Kumar Gurawalia, Assistant General Manager. Of the 51 properties showcased, 38 were under physical possession and 13 under symbolic possession. The properties were primarily located in Virar, Palghar, Boisar and Umrauli, while assets in Pune, Panvel, Badlapur and Wada were also featured.

The event drew local residents, investors, homebuyers and market intermediaries and provided them with information about the properties as well as financing options.
Officials from Indian Bank’s Mumbai West Zonal Office and Branch Managers from Virar, Nalla Sopara, Vasai, Palghar and Boisar were present at the fair to assist visitors with property-related queries and financing options.
The Indian Bank team informed visitors that all the properties showcased at the fair had clear, marketable and legally valid titles, which could be transferred to successful bidders following the e-auction process.
