Centennial took down Urbana 125-47 at Urbana Indoor Aquatic Center thanks to individual wins from Cece Marquez (200-yard freestyle in 2 minutes, 11.88 seconds and 500 freestyle in 5:56.52), Mallory Borden (200 individual medley in 2:24.21 and 100 backstroke in1:04.47), Meagan Tsai (50 freestyle in 26.18), Sofia Marquez (100 butterfly in 1:00.72 and 100 breaststroke in 1:15.28) and Ellen Reynolds (100 freestyle in 1:00.10). The Chargers also picked up wins in the 400 freestyle relay which Borden, Reynolds, Cece Marquez and Ellison Wilber won in 4:11.14. Elizabeth Piercy also won the diving competition with a score of 206.60.
In boys' golf
➜ . Westville took down Salt Fork 172-181 at Harrison Park Golf Course thanks to nine-hole scores of 41 from Christian Giles and Ryder Burns, while Kiptyn Appl shot a 44 to help the winning effort. Salt Fork's Daniel Surowka was the medalist with a score of 37.
In girls' golf
Salt Fork bested Westville 230-251 thanks to a nine-hole score of 43 from medalist Ava Donaldson, while Shelby McCool's 52 paced Westville's attack.
In girls' tennis
➜ Danville recorded a 7-2 home victory against Paris thanks to singles wins from Samantha Brown (6-3, 6-0), Maddie Hess (6-0, 6-1), Liv Scaggs (8-5), Mareli Ocampo (6-0, 6-1) and doubles wins from Brown and Rosebella Beyer (8-2), Hess and Scaggs (8-6) and Lydia Mowrer and Ocampo (8-2).
