Fantasy Football Sleepers: Keenan Allen, Jacoby Brissett among underrated options for Week 4
· Yahoo Sports
Kirk Cousins and Geno Smith played well last week, but all the field players promoted on last week’s sleeper page stayed asleep. That’s life in the big city. When you’re roaming the under-50% streets, the options will come with caveats.

Let’s see if we can find some unpolished gems for Week 4.
TE Darren Waller vs. Lions (24% rostered on Yahoo)
You know what works against the Detroit defense this year? Everything. That includes tight ends roaming the seam, as Kenyon Sadiq (7-105-1) had a field day in Detroit last week. Waller bagged a couple of touchdowns in Week 2 and absorbed eight targets in Week 3 despite modest snaps. He should be heard from Sunday night.
WR Keenan Allen at Commanders (40%)
He’s coming off his best game of the year (6-63-1) as the Colts adjust to life without Alec Pierce. Washington’s pass defense has been a sieve this year, allowing a 124.4 QB rating, 11 touchdown passes and 280 yards per game. Even if Allen is merely the No. 3 option in the Indy passing game, he can be productive Sunday morning in London (9:30 a.m. ET kickoff).
RB Jaylen Wright at Vikings (25%)
Teammate Ollie Gordon II was the primary waiver wire target this week after De’Von Achane was announced out for the year, and that’s to be expected — Wright (foot) didn’t play Week 3. But given that Gordon has a mediocre 2.7 YPC for his career, it’s possible Wright (3.9 YPC) is the more interesting fantasy angle. The surging Minnesota defense is a difficult draw, but make sure Wright isn’t floating on your wire if you play in a medium or deeper league.
RB Brian Robinson at Saints (27%)
Obviously the wonderful Bijan Robinson is the signature player in the Atlanta offense, but the Falcons keep the light on for a second Robinson — the understudy has 9, 13 and 10 touches in the first three games. This offense is a lot more interesting now that Michael Penix Jr. has returned, and the Saints run defense is allowing 4.7 yards per carry. You might have drafted Robinson as an injury-contingent pick, but he’s pushing for flex consideration.
QB Jacoby Brissett at Giants (14%)
It’s not always the most exciting offense — Brissett is averaging a modest 5.6 YPA and the Cardinals are bottom five in depth of target — but at least this offense keeps checking the volume box. Brissett is averaging 39 passes per week and he can be dragged to relevance by decent teammates — Trey McBride is a star, Michael Wilson an emerging player, Jeremiyah Love a fun rookie (sorry, we can’t promote Marvin Harrison Jr. in clear conscience). In a neutral matchup, Brissett could be a reasonable fill-in if injuries or underperformance are biting you at quarterback.
WR Kalif Raymond vs. Jets (32%)
The Chicago passing game was loaded with target players this summer, and yet somehow it’s the 32-year-old Raymond who leads the team in catches. Raymond is getting plenty of quick-read throws his way, the layup targets we were hoping for Luther Burden III, Rome Odunze and Colston Loveland. The Jets pass defense has been better than expected, but Raymond probably has seven or more targets in his back pocket as he gets off the bus. Sometimes you have to follow what’s working.
