According to Sacnilk, Prem Keetanu collected Rs 31 lakh net in India on Day 3 from 818 shows. The film witnessed an 11.4% drop compared to its Day 2 collection of Rs 35 lakh. With this, the film's total India net collection has reached Rs 1.16 crore, while its India gross collection stands at around Rs 1.38 crore.
