KAWASAKI, Japan -- Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation ("Toshiba") has started mass production of the TXZ+™ Family Entry-Class M4H Group, standard microcontrollers[1] featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with a floating-point unit (FPU).
