Aligned with the national theme, "Hamari Anganwadi, Hamari Zimmedari," the initiative organized targeted educational campaigns across local institutions, including Bal Vatika KV RWF, Chandamama RWFWWO School, CRES School RWF, and Anganwadi 1 in Yelahanka New Town.

The sessions provided comprehensive education on balanced diets, dietary diversity, mindful eating, and adequate physical activity. A core focus of the program was encouraging parents to act as healthy role models for their children by demonstrating positive habits in nutrition, exercise, moral conduct, and regulated mobile phone usage.

Expert medical insights were delivered by panel including Dr. Santoshi Velu (Pediatrician), Dr. Swati (Dietician), and Dr. Neha (ENT Surgeon). To promote nutritious eating habits, the team distributed fresh bananas as a cost-effective super food, along with traditional groundnut chikkis as a protein- and iron-rich alternative to chocolates.

The entire campaign was executed under the leadership of Dr. Arun Kumar, Principal Chief Medical Officer, and coordinated by Dr. Sandhya of the RWF Railway Hospital.
