That’s what we’ll find out on Nov. 26, when legendary New York rap crew Wu-Tang Clan performs the halftime show at Ford Field during the Detroit Lions’ annual Thanksgiving game. The performance was announced on Sunday, Nov. 1, a little over three weeks before the big show.

"This is a gathering of the masses. That come to pay respects to the Wu-Tang Clan," The Lions wrote.

The game, against NFC North rival Chicago Bears, is set for 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving, with the halftime set likely to start sometime around 2 p.m. Both the game and the halftime show will air on CBS (WWJ-TV, Ch. 62 in Detroit).

It’s the second year of Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, producing the halftime show, as part of a two-year deal agreed to in November 2025.

Last year’s Lions halftime show

That first concert featured Detroiter Jack White as the headliner, with a surprise guest – Eminem himself, who prompted an ovation from the sellout crowd when White introduced “Detroit’s own Eminem” in a hoodie and Lions jacket. The two homegrown stars partnered on a medley that included two of the most eminent anthems of the 2000s: the White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” and Eminem’s “’Till I Collapse.”

“Happy Thanksgiving, y’all!” Eminem shouted as he wrapped up his cameo moment.

White hit the stage in a leather jacket over a T-shirt with a vintage Lions citation: "Another One Bites the Dust," referencing the franchise's customized version of the Queen hit in 1980 following the team's 4-0 start then.

The 7½-minute show was released online as a mini-album, “Live from Ford Field” the next day. It featured the songs that rolled out onstage at the sold-out downtown stadium: “That’s How I’m Feeling” (a White solo song), “Hello Operator” (White Stripes) paired with “’Till I Collapse” (Eminem), and “Seven Nation Army” (White Stripes).
