With Iowa entering the season ranked No. 10 in both the AP Top 25 and Coaches' Poll, the Hawkeyes are looking to build on last season's success and make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament in the third year under head coach Jan Jensen.

In the video, Martin is seen splicing together highlights of the Hawkeyes' past historic feats featuring players such as herself, Megan DiLeo, Kathleen Doyle, Caitlin Clark, and more.

Legacy. It's a word people throw around. But here, it means something different. It isn't something that happens overnight. It's built by the legends who came before. This is a legacy that thrives off passion and pride and the belief that greatness never stops. The beautiful thing about legacy is that it never ends. It only grows. Different eras, different stars, but one brand of basketball. This is our standard, our legacy, and we're not done writing it," Martin says in the video.

The hype video ends with clips from media days featuring all 11 members of the 2026-27 Hawkeyes roster, then cuts to a sold-out Carver-Hawkeye Arena in the final seconds.

Iowa's season-opening contest on Nov. 2 against Towson is slated for a 7 p.m. CT tipoff and will be streamed exclusively on B1G+.
