The Florida State Seminoles are looking to get their first road win since 2023, and they are hoping the Boston College Eagles are the answer to that monumental problem.

FSU has been playing Boston College since 1957, and they are 16-6 against the Eagles all time. Interim head coach Rick Stockstill is looking to start his head coaching tenure at 1-0.
When asked about his thoughts on playing Boston College, Stockstill said, "They’re big, they’re physical. It’s going to be a street fight. When that game’s over, you couldn’t go one more play because you ain’t got nothing left."
With respect to Ashton Daniels, Rick Stockstill had this to say: "Sometimes we put too much on his plate and we don’t give him the opportunity to play free. He’s a competitor. He’s a worker. I believe this week he’ll come out and he’s going to play lights out."
