Key forward OG Anunoby left Wednesday's Game 2 with a hamstring injury as he was limping and grabbing at his right leg late in the fourth. He had 24 points in the 108-102 win as the Knicks put the Sixers in a 2-0 hole, but now, his status is questionable the rest of the way.

Anunoby has been diagnosed with a right hamstring strain and is considered as day-to-day. He will officially be questionable for Friday's Game 3 back in Philadelphia.

Anunoby is averaging 21.4 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 53.8% from deep in these playoffs. If he can't go, then the Sixers will have one less player to worry about in this series. If one recalls, Anunoby hurt his left hamstring in Game 2 against the Indiana Pacers in 2024. New York went up 2-0, but Anunoby was unable to return until Game 7 of that series when he was hobbled and the Pacers ended up winning the game to eliminate New York.

The Sixers and Knicks will continue the series at 7 p.m. EDT on Friday at the Xfinity Mobile Arena.
