More specifically, the former 2000-01 NCAA champion projected that Cameron Boozer would be selected by the Chicago Bulls with the No. 4 overall selection.
Williams has AJ Dybantsa (BYU) and Darryn Peterson (Kansas) going first and second overall to the Washington Wizards and Utah Jazz. Williams has the Memphis Grizzlies taking Caleb Wilson (North Carolina) at three and then Arkansas guard Darius Acuff Jr. going after Boozer to the Los Angeles Clippers at No. 5 overall.
While Williams' top-two selections aren't surprising, he seems to have high expectations for Wilson. Williams stated, "10 years from now when we re-draft this class, we could be talking about him (Wilson) being the first pick."
As for his schoolmate Boozer, Williams compared him to current NBA All-Star Alperen Sengun (Houston Rockets) and former NBA Champion Kevin Love (Utah Jazz).
