· Yahoo Sports
With the ink barely dry on the 2026 NFL schedule, the Tennessee Titans can now fully begin to focus on an opponent and start building a game plan for the future, and now have an important player in the fold.
On Friday, the Titans came to terms with second-round pick Anthony Hill Jr. on his four-year rookie contract, making the 60th overall pick the seventh member of the team's 2026 draft class to reach a deal with the team.

Hill was a tremendous value for the Titans when they traded up to get him. An experienced linebacker with intriguing upside, he should be able to step in and add some intensity to the room early in his career. A productive player at Texas, his ability to step up in big moments jumped off the tape and should be a welcome sight for fans tired of seeing the Titans falter on critical downs.

The 6-foot-2, 238-pound linebacker has the skill set to make an impact in the Titans' new defensive scheme and has proven to be a durable and dynamic player at Texas. In his three-year college career, Hill played in 40 games and accumulated 249 tackles, seven sacks, and 31.5 tackles for a loss.
With Hill locked up, that leaves first-round edge rusher Keldric Faulk as the only unsigned draft pick heading into the start of offseason team activities (OTAs) next week in Nashville.
