The club announced in March their intention to raise the sum of new capital to fund investment in the men's first team.
A shareholder meeting will take place on 10 August
"The club would like to thank everyone who participated for their continued support and investment in Rangers," the club said.
"Although Rangers is now a private company, the club remains committed to engaging with shareholders.
"The meeting will provide shareholders with the opportunity to hear directly from the club's ownership and leadership team, receive an update on the progress being made across the club and ask questions about our plans for the future."
Rangers, third in last season's Scottish Premiership, are preparing for the 2026-27 season, with new manager Derek McInnes overseeing a squad revamp and five players recruited so far.
