Washington defeated Atlanta, 91-83, in the NBA Summer League on July 18 at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Former Tennessee basketball player Felix Okpara started and played 27 points for the Wizards. He totaled 12 points, eight rebounds, two assists and one block. Okpara converted 6-of-13 field goal attempts.

John Camden led the Wizards in scoring with 22 points, while Chris Livingston finished with 20 points.
Devon Higgs led the Hawks in scoring with 22 points and Kobe Johnson finished with 13 points.
Okpara was selected by Orlando in the second round (No. 46 overall) of the NBA draft on June 24. He was traded to Washington after being drafted by the Magic.
The 6-foot-11, 243-pound forward played at Tennessee from 2024-26, appearing in 73 games (72 starts). He started all 38 games for the Vols during the 2024-25 season, setting a single-season record.
Okpara was one of four Tennessee players in program history to record two 50-block seasons, joining Grant Williams, Kyle Alexander and C.J. Black.
