Anthony Edwards recently linked up with renowned F1 driver Andrea ‘Kimi’ Antonelli of Mercedes to shoot for a commercial. The Timberwolves’ superstar later released a behind-the-scenes compilation in which he talked to the young Formula One prodigy about his love for trash talk and which opposing arenas he loves to play in the most.
“Madison Square Garden, TD Garden, New York, Boston, Philly, and Atlanta at home,” Anthony Edwards said, listing the arenas he loves to play in the most. “But it’s hard to play in Madison Square Garden too. Great place. It’s hard to play there. For people who are not ready for it, it’s hard to play there.”

“You’ve got to be ready for that. Boston is the same way New York is. Fans talk crazy,” Anthony Edwards added when Antonelli asked him about trash-talking with fans and players.
“A lot of players don’t talk trash, but I do. If I’m scoring a lot of points, I’m talking crazy! ‘They can’t guard me out here, man! Find somebody who can guard me! He ain’t it’… I be talking a lot of trash. I talk trash for my teammates, too. If my teammate is having a good game, I’ll talk trash for him. I’ll be like, ‘Don’t say nothing, I got you!'”
“Like if we were playing together and you were cooking, I’d say, ‘Man! Who is guarding Kimi, man? Not you!'” Edwards concluded as they both burst out laughing.
