Lebanon holds off Richlands 26-19 at Ernie Hicks

RICHLANDS, Va. — Quarterback Will Jessee passed for 297 yards and four touchdowns as Lebanon held off Richlands 26-19 in a Southwest District clash at Ernie Hicks Stadium.
Jessee hit Easton Taylor with scoring strikes of 23 and 17 yards. He threw a 58-yard touchdown pass to Blair Clark and a 24 yard touchdown toss to Braelin Hess.

Hess led Lebanon pass-catchers with three receptons for 80 yards. Clark had three catches for 76 yards and Taylor had three catches for 48.
Layne Jessee led the Pioneers ground attack with 126 yards on 23 carries, also accounting for two catches out of the backfield for 62 yards.
The Blue Tornado put up resistance, with quarterback Jamie Capshaw completing nine of 21 passing attempts for 187 yards and three touchdowns. This included a 72 yards touchdown pass to Treyton Kiser, a 24 yard touchdown pass to Landon Absher and a 26-yard touchdown pass to Ethan Cordle.
Kiser led Big Blue receivers with 86 yards on three catches while Absher had 45 yards on three catches.
Lebanon (3-2) plays at John Battle next week. Richlands (0-5) will travel to play South Gap.
