BATON ROUGE, LA — LSU star edge rusher Princewill Umanmielen exited the Oct. 17 game against Mississippi State football with an injury.

Play was stopped in the first quarter at Tiger Stadium when Umanmielen got injured. He walked off the field and went straight to the medical tent.
Umanmielen, who is second in the SEC with 8.5 sacks, transferred to LSU this season from Ole Miss with coach Lane Kiffin.
The No. 19 Bulldogs (4-1, 2-1 SEC) trailed the No. 21 Tigers, 7-0, at the time of the injury.

Umanmielen has not returned to the game. It's unclear what his exact injury is, but he's been standing on the sideline without his helment on.
