Hungarian authorities are searching for former Queens Park Rangers and Portsmouth player Akos Buzsaky. The 44-year-old has been unaccounted for since August 18 in Budapest, leading police to issue a public appeal for information.
Buzsaky represented Hungary 20 times as a midfielder and featured for Plymouth, QPR, Portsmouth, and Barnsley throughout his playing days. He recorded 18 Premier League appearances, registering two goals and two assists, via The Mirror.

Plymouth responded: "We are concerned to hear that Akos Buzsáky has been reported missing. Everybody at Plymouth Argyle is hoping that Akos is found safe soon."
The midfielder hung up his boots in 2015 following a spell back in Hungary with Ferencvaros and, according to his father, has been operating as a construction contractor in recent years.
Authorities have not disclosed the reason behind their search for Buzsaky. His father, Akos Buzsaky Sr told Hungarian publication Blikk: "I didn't know that the police were also looking for my son.
"He basically spends a lot of time in Greece, where he works as a construction contractor. He spent almost the entire last year there.
"Since we don't live under the same roof, it's not surprising that we only speak less often. The last time I spoke to him was last week, when he was at home."

Buzsaky has openly addressed his battles with addiction following his retirement from professional soccer. "I found a source of joy in life that I became addicted to," he said on a podcast.
"What addictions are there: gambling, alcohol, drugs. I fell into one of them, which I am not proud of. It is a part of my life, if I were to deny it or declare that period as not having happened, I would be deceiving myself."
Buzsaky began his professional journey at MTK Budapest before transferring to FC Porto in 2002 during José Mourinho's tenure as manager. His path eventually led him to England, where he initially joined Plymouth on a temporary deal in 2005 before making his way to QPR.
The Hungary international secured a permanent move to the West London club in 2008 after an impressive loan stint. He remained with QPR for four years, recording 125 appearances with 24 goals and 13 assists during what proved to be the most stable chapter of his playing days.
